Casual Consultation Room Hire
If you are a practitioner and seeking to start your own business, or maybe you wish to work from within one of the Crestpoint Psychology or Wellbeing Rooms, this may be a great option to start with.
From as little as $60 +GST for a 3 hour block for the small rooms or $100 +GST for a larger room. There is no lock in contract with this option and there is no minimum number of days per month required for you to operate. You can see your own clients and charge your own fees for service.
You are able to secure any of the available rooms at any time during any single calendar month. Operational during business hours only Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm. (Evenings and Weekends availability may be accessible for an extra fee.)

Upmarket professional consulting rooms available for practitioners seeking a space to meet with clients.
Private, secure and comfortable, room hire includes wifi, air conditioned comfort, electricity and facilities are available such as kitchen & bathrooms etc
Practitioners are able to access minimal administrative support, HiCaps facilities can be made available for room rentals. The clients are able to take advantage of our comfortable waiting area with fresh filtered water available
Room rental includes up to 20 hours availability during any calendar month and prices start from $600 +GST this will be a standard lease term agreement for either month to month or for a yearly agreement that can give stability for your business to launch.
Private Practice Option

For some practitioners who are starting out, it could be a little daunting, so we have limited opportunities within Crestpoint to provide space without the standard “Room Rental” type agreement. We can provide some therapists with an option to pay a flat administration fee on their client services starting from 35% +GST *
This will include having the invoicing and payment processing for clients transacted under the Crestpoint Psychology & Crestpoint Wellbeing business brand. You can then take advantage of the marketing that Crestpoint does across the social media platforms and the leads that are generated through the website and Google Ads that are done as part of our organic business growth
